Kim was awesome and I would rate 10. Mason dropped the score because was terrible on communication for when things were ready. Told vehicle would be done at 4. Sat at facility for 1.5 hours waiting and missed family obligation. Would have kept rental and waited to get vehicle

We are very disappointed in the ending up of your service. The paint job does look nice after having to wait 6 more days to pick up the car BUT whoever was inside the front seat never used any covers & it was filthy. I had to take a bucket of water to wash the drivers seat cushions & floor mat. AND for some reason the back seat mats were in the front seat which they don’t fit. No one needed to ever be in the back seat as far as we know. We thought you should know.

A one week repaired turned out to be 3 weeks without my truck. Communication was slow. I had to ask for updates, each time I got one the dates got extended. The repairs look good though.
