The repairs look good, however the communication was not acceptable. I signed forms allowing repairs to go forward but to contact me if the cost went over a certain amount. The cost more than doubled and the repairs would take more than a week longer than I was told. I can understand that an estimate is just that. I don't understand not being kept in the loop.

Communication was unacceptable. I signed a form approving the repairs and also giving them an amount over the estimate to get in touch with me. The total cost was over double the estimate and I was never contacted. The date of the completion was also moved over a week later. I do understand that estimates are just that, but there is no reason not to contact me. Also I just received a call about bringing the car back in to add a belt. I knew nothing about that as well. Communication is important and they fell very short.

I brought 2 of my car 4 repair non of a car is conplete and the first one, one your guy broken the part at the mirror then you have to ordered the part, but when a part arrived you didn't check the part, then you scheduled to bring the car to fix then it was a wrong part but my car sit in your shop for all day until I come back to to pick up then you said wrong part, you promised me you're going to pick up me at my home, then I call you and wait for your service for one hour no one show up, I call you back and said we'll come pick you up I reply back too late I will call someone to bring me down. Then second car also incomplete again, before I asked how long will take you to repair, you said 2 weeks but it is almost a 4 week, then you called me to pick up and said incomplete I have to bring back in the spring.

A few things like the length of time, the fact there was badging left off, and my rear defroster isn’t working (which I don’t know if it is your fault, just coincidence though). Everything was fine.
