Actually 10+++ Kim has been unbelievably talented, helpful, and wise throughout. She diagnosed the problem correctly, temporarily snapped a fender back together, so I could temporarily continue to use my car safely, helped me through the insurance process, and then quickly and expertly supervised the repair process. Believe it or not, in 5 days I was able to pick up my beautifully repaired and beautifully detailed car. I was shocked!! Therefore, I have waited to write this evaluation until I knew I would have time to do Kim and caliber collision justice - 10+++

I've had nothing but electrical problems with my vehicle since receiving it back. I had an active fuel management chip installed but was disconnected when I got it back. After having it home, my battery was very low. When I plugged it back in, the truck would no longer shift normally. I charged the battery overnight one night but when I went to use the truck this morning, the battery was once again nearly completely dead.
