Rear end was repaired, once the vehicle was "finished" the trunk was clearly installed offset leaving a large gap on one side and rubbing on the other side. This resulted in the side back paneling to buckle.

Sent an email with pictures showing my dissatisfaction of the repair and never received a phone call, ended up calling myself after several days of getting no response. Once determined it needed to be looked at there was confusion regarding a rental car. Was told the rental car would be at the store to use only to find out that the rental car needed to be scheduled thru Enterprise and I had to be shuttled from the store to the rental car store. Constant miscommunication.
