I’ve always used Caliber Collision for my repairs they are the best and there advisors are always top notch. In the Ontario location I was helped by Adrian Hernandez who over exceeded my expectations. Kept me in the loop with all my repairs and always answered my calls with a good attitude. Even the front receptionist Michelle from my first phone call made me feel comfortable with them receiving my vehicle. I matter who you talk to in that office they all make you feel welcome to there home.

The Ontario location was amazing on communication anytime I had a question Adrian Hernandez was always there to answer them or find out the answer and called me back with a response. From the first conversation I had with the person answering the phone “Michelle” she made me feel I was in good hands with that team

I was nervous when walked in, but immediately Caliber Collision receptionist Michelle made me feel welcome and at home, Adrian was great with explaining the process and again making me feel safe. Received my car looking brand new!!! Great customer service, highly recommend them and this location!!
