Adrian and the team provided excellent service and were very empathetic throughout the process. The car was ready quickly, which I appreciated. My only concerns were some grease marks on the back seats and a stubborn chemical spray on the driver-side window. If those prep details were addressed, it would have been a perfect 5-star experience.

The office staff and Adrian were awesome. The repair was taken care of in a timely manner. My only gripe was, the interior of my car was dirty and had grease stains on my light leather seats. My left driver side window had some overspray that took a while to come off. Also, the car still smells like paint from the paint shop.
