Highly satisfied with: 1. Customer service . From the first time I step in the office 2. The explanation by Jerry of how the repairs will be done 3. The updates that kept me well informed of the repairs progress 4. And knowing that ,if I need it, Calliber will always be there for me One little recommendation. Be very careful with the interior of the car. It would be a good idea to protect seats and floor with some sort of covers. Just a thought.
