I'd tell my friend that Calliber did a great job on my hood and windshield repairs, but that I had to bring my cars back to get additional repairs.

I brought two cars in for repairs at the same time and they were done promptly. However, both cars needed to go back to the shop for additional issues that hadn't been there when I first brought my cars in.

I appreciated how informed I was on the status of my vehicles and how quickly they were done, but having to bring them both back in was a major inconvenience. I appreciate that Calliner took responsibility for the issues, but some attention to detail would mean that there wouldn't have been issues in the first place.

The customer service was very good, everyone was professional and friendly. I appreciate the update on my vehicle. The gentleman who walked me through the repair was knowledgeable and informative. My only complaint is my car was not cleaned very well.

The whole process from beginning to end, including the insurance company, was great. Gerry Anders and the staff did an excellent repair on my car, even though they said it was one of the more extensive jobs they've had to do. I appreciated the frequent updates and was grateful they brought me my car. I will highly recommend Caliber to others.
