First of all I love the text message updates, they kept me so informed through out my repairs. I appreciated all the update calls as well. My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule and when I went to pick up my car it looked brand new again. Even better than it did before my accident. The rear bumper installed was not straight. After we addressed the problem, an invalid explanation was given. We had to go under the vehicle to demonstrate the Caliber Representative why the bumper panel could look uneven (hook required to connect the bumper panel was bended-resulted from the accident). It was disappointing to see the lack of quality control and attention to detail. Vehicle was taken back by the technician to attempt to repair the problem but the uneven problem remains.
