Right from the moment I walked in, Karsten was polite, friendly, and went out of his way to get my car fixed quickly in spite of a full schedule. Never have I experienced better service from any body or repair shop. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for excellent work and superb service. They even texted daily updates. I was very impressed.

It’s all good now but there were issues. The car looked great but they failed to drive it apparently and notice how out of alignment it was. I had to take it for an alignment and bring it back so they could get it calibrated correctly. It was quite an ordeal but in the end they fixed it all.

They did a great job! Super kind and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond… they even cleaned out my car! There was a little delay in getting the one of the parts but they communicated everything very clearly. 10/10 place.

Over the last 6 weeks, my Durango suffered major damage in two separate incidents, both repaired by the Caliber team. They somehow managed to make both painless (which is crazy work)! Karsten and Majesty are both efficient, communicative, and delightful! And the repair team did AMAZING work; my Durango looks brand new again (of course, most of it actually is at this point XD). This is an extremely impressive team.
