When I got my car back the grill wasn’t clipped all the way around, my hood on the driver sits up higher then the passenger side right about the headlight, the passenger headlight has gaps all the way around it, there is a couple clips that help hold the radiator in place and one isn’t clipped in the right way, there’s a few spots where the paint was chipped on the front of my hood that didn’t get touched up, the air bag sensor light came on and it should have been reprogrammed no matter what after the repair. I am unsatisfied with this subpar repair on my car and will not be taking my car back no matter what. I am in contact with my insurance to take it somewhere else to have it fixed properly and also my insurance was charged for a fog lamp replacement that was not replaced like the final bill said. The final bill was $1000 more than the estimate that was sent but never updated on my insurance end.

Nobody wants to experience having to have body work done but if it did happen to a friend I would let them know of the overall spectacular experience I had and suggest them highly.

Tommy was great and so was the lady at the front desk. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. Got my truck back how I wanted and in the timeframe promised and they even did a tiny little extra repair on some trim that had popped loose due to broken clips. The lady at the front handled my rental for me. Many times people take for granted the service when it is so easy an uneventful but I feel that easy uneventful transactions display how well the people helping you are actually doing. Kudos to the entire team for the service and craftsmanship. 10/10
