You were amazing— from setting the first appointment— providing reminders and then ready to meet me and examine my car. Very thorough! Explained that even though things could look okay on the surface you would want to inspect underneath the fenders to make sure all sensors were intact. Professionally handled everything. My rental was ready and work was completed in a timely manner! Pick up again was handled thoroughly. The front desk receptionist was very sweet and personable and my car manager was also personable. I left knowing my vehicle was repaired perfectly but if I felt there was a problem later to be sure and contact them! A plus grade. 100%

Tommy was very professional about his job and he made me fill good about the work they did to my car thank u all very much. I will always come to ur location!!! Caliber didn't fix things that were broken from the wreck. They painted over the bumper where there is gouges instead of replacing it. The paint was looks bad.
