As far as we can tell. We have not looked under the hood yet. (they replaced the hood) want to make sure they have all of the underside painted and pieces replaced.

Was not happy with our advisor. Felt like he was not truthful in the process. It was his way of making sure he got the sell in our opinion. He told us we needed to leave that vehicle until it was repaired as they would take it apart. Immediately our CAA agent called and the front desk lady said that was not the case. We just wanted to see what the estimate was and what they were going to do before they started it

Experience was ok overall. Phone screener who called did not listen when setup drop off time and had to be rescheduled as rental was not available at the original time as I tried to explain. Also dropped off the car before they were actually ready to work on it, would prefer to drop it off once parts were on hand. Lastly, I strongly believe my best interest take second place to the insurance company.

Vehicle had to be returned because job wasn’t done correctly the first time. Interior roof console lens was broken . Interior roof console left side light button was missing. I checked the vehicle and could not locate the button so I had to order a new button and lens from eBay.
