Other than the small hit of buffing compound on and inside the truck, this think looks amazing. The whole truck is shining better than it was when I brought it. More so than just the damaged area. It looks so good! Happy to have my truck back. Great job guys.

See previous. Actual bodywork was good. Poor communication and not having a car to drive for two weeks because the tech didn’t want to spend 30 minutes putting body panels back on after a 30 minute evaluation for broken parts just reeks of laziness.

New parts with clear coat looks great. Would have been a 10 if communication was better. I had to call multiple times to get one call back with information.

They left my car parked in the front parking lot unlocked overnight because they called me at 5:15pm to pick the car up on Thursday. I wasn’t able to go until Friday morning. Very poor communication. Just told “We have to take it apart to see what’s broken before we order parts. We are not going to spend thirty minutes putting it back together so you can drive it for a week and a half until parts come in”. The car was missing a fog light and part of the front bumper cover. 100% drivable. Instead, I had to rent a car for two weeks (not covered by insurance). I will not be using Caliber ever again and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Very dissatisfied since before repairs started that there was a RPD adjustment that if communicated back. I don’t think would of been there

Picked up and staff was worried about leaving. Wiper blade missing, all plugs for tail gate missing, nicks on all plastic, inside back window dirty, body parts flexed. The paint looked ok(sun was sitting). The windshield that I paid for is ok for now.
