I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, thoroughness, and attention to detail with the repair of my car. Brandon went above and beyond in communication and ensured that I was happy with the results. Though I hope I won't have another accident, should I ever need my car repaired in the future, I will definitely go back to Owasso Caliber Collison.

I am happy with how my vehicle was repaired, however, toward the end of the process, I felt forgotten about, as I was not receiving updates on my vehicle. On the day it was to be completed, I had to call 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time to confirm that it was ready, however, I was told it was not ready. Then, I was told it would be Monday or Tuesday when I could pick it up. I was assured I would receive a phone call when it was ready. On Tuesday, I called 2 hours before pickup, and was put on hold until it sent me to voice mail. I called back 10 minutes later to hear that a supplemental had to be approved by my insurance before picking up. This felt like a mistake the ship made, but no ownership was taken, or explanation given for why this was happening so late in the process. I asked for a new pickup date, and was not given one. I am dissatisfied with the customer service I was given, and do not plan to use this shop again.
