Payton was great! We appreciated all of the updates he provided. He kept us informed regarding where they were in the process and how it was going. Our car was challenging since it was an older Mini Cooper but they were very particular about getting the best parts for the job. It turned out great! I recommend Caliber. Thanks to all!

There are two area that do not appear to be buffed or polish. Also, I was told my car was washed and it only one side! The side of the repair. Otherwise, pleased with the service.

I am very satisfied with the experience and knowledge of the staff. I enjoyed my experience, from Taylor at the front desk when I first walked in, to Payton who moved, (I assume, he also aided in the process of detailing and cleaning) and presented my vehicle back to me. Great job!

To Brandon his associates and the staff of the Owasso location, Thank you for your time and efforts with my repair of my Chevy Equinox. You all not only compleeted the job that was aggreed upon. But above and beyond that, I not only received my vehicle early, it was thoroughly cleaned. Above that, Brandon helped me move my sleeping 3yr old, (still strapped to his car seat) from rental to my own vehicle. All without waking my son, and without me having to ask. My experience was without any of the stress or confusion I almost expected due to the specifics of that particular day.
