Brandon and Taylor were great. I was happy with the service provided from both of them. Polite, professional, and great at their work. I was most pleased when I was told used parts wouldn’t be accepted (that’s what my insurance quoted), unless they were in great condition. They didn’t end up having them and I got factory parts anyway but, the thought and care into that detail was impressive. I will definitely use the Caliber Collision store in Owasso, OK for any future issues.
