Brought my van in to get fixed said they couldn’t fix part of it and said they’ll try to pull dent out they didn’t and now the paint is chipping which it wasn’t before but buffed the scuffs out and didn’t vacuum and clean the inside like they usually do

I was shocked the lug nuts weren't tightened before leaving the shop. I had to take my vehicle back because there was some thumping the front end. One of the employees, a think a quality inspector, said it couldn't be anything with work they had done. Wrong, The lugnuts on the driver's side front tire was loose. Poor quality control. Tells me the vehicle was not checked before saying it was ready. Charged also for an alignment but evidently not done according to the same person.

There was a tape line where the paint was a little uneven around the front right headlight. But you have to really look for it to see it.

Everything looked good except the clear plastic cover that goes over the Honda emblem in the grill. It has a few small cracks in it like it has been dropped

Was happy with my experience and courteous people. Was happy with their work. Not too happy with the front emblem/radar with scuffs and 2 tiny cracks. It's a $400 sensor hoping it doesn't get moisture in it.
