I rated low because of my truck. But if they wanted to go to your shop I would recommend that they look it over. Also, I would tell them the paint job excellent.

It took 31 days to get the two driver side doors, get them painted. Once it was turned over to me the cover for the driver lock came off in my hand. It was broken and someone tried to put it back on with RTV which did not take. Once I got the truck home, I started looking it over and found a bolt that holds the bed to the frame broken and was not replaced. This was done when the bed was removed for repairs. Also my cruse control does not work and it was working when I dropped it off at the collision center. They broke a smaller bolt off when trying to remove the first bolt. The paint job looks great and the manager and lady behind the desk have been very help full with getting things corrected. I feel as though there should have been a much closer inspection of the truck before it was released. The truck is still waiting on parts but I have the truck and I am waiting on a call to take the truck back for final repairs an inspection.
