There was one employee that works in the front and she was rather rude and even did eye rolls when she was to speak with the insurance company. It's not Amanda (she was phenomenal) but this orger lady was totally rude. You need to think about her longevity with your company so that no one has the experience that I had with her!!!!

Really appreciate the fact they did a quick detail on my car when it was finished. As a busy Mama with limited extra time that means the world to me. Plus, they were super sweet people to work with and kept me updated the day entire time.
