Once my car was finally delivered, I received a call letting me know and informing that it would be worked on as soon as they could get to it. We'll it was completed a week in advance and it looks great. I was a little concerned about what it would be like after the accident but looks just like the day I got it. Everyone was very informative and pleasant while using their services. Thank you guys for saving my lil blue!

From the beginning receiving my poor damaged Nissan sentra to the end of it getting back to me like new, awesome job all around! Any questions I had they pleasantly answered. Very nice and friendly and was done in a quick manner. Shout out to Jeremy who contacted me and let me know how everything was going and those ladies who took care of any issues and were nice as can be!

When we were trying to pay could not do personal check because their machine would not work properly and they acted like they did not care. Very inconvenient fircys as they would not work with us at all and they knew it was a problem but did not tell us till after we got there.

William(Buddy) could’ve been more professional, knowledgeable, And patient has he answered all my questions. My impression of him is that he has very high standards and of the most high integrity. Kimberly also was very professional and very accommodating. I watched her juggle three people at once. Very kind and beautiful person. The quality of workmanship that I receive from this facility was impeccable. I gave it my highest recommendation.

I was told there was a delay in getting parts when I first brought my car in so I expected it would take some time. I waited a month to call and check the status of the car. Multiple times I was told it would be ready the following week yet it was not. The shop never called to provide an update when they needed to change the time when it would be ready. They always waited for us to call. Just got my car back two days ago and discovered the drivers side windshield wiper nozzle does not work correctly.
