Caliber Collsion did an excellent job repairing our car. They kept us up to date on estimate changes for cost and expected time for repairs. The car looks new - they even washed and vacuumed it!

Caliber has to be one of the best collision places and for that matter one of the best places for customer service. Carl was amazing. The level of communications before and throughout the process was unparalleled. Automated text with status plus personal texts and messages are a standout. Repair shops and every other customer service place can take lessons from caliber. Love them! Plus the repair itself is top notch.
