After I rented a car for a week you called to tell me you wouldn’t do the work because of some prior work that was done incompletely. You were vague about the work that wasn’t completed, and used some obscenities in connection with your description of the work. Why couldn’t you have just done the work - I would have paid for it. Was it a liability concern? I would like to know what the specific issues were so that I can make sure they get fixed

Overall I'm quite happy and would recommend your place. The result was wonderful although they were a little bit abrasive and they left a masking tape on the car but really the car came out great and it looks basically brand-new they did great detailing job so overall I'm very very satisfied so with these small detractions I think overall it's still I probably couldn't do any better anywhere else in general so thank you very much for the great work. The front desk was also great
