My experience was beyond wonderful! Amazingly stress free and a very positive process. Sandra, greeted us promptly upon our arrival. Was friendly and ready to assess the damage. She really knew what to look for and what needed to be done. She is impressive with her knowledge and how to explain what she saw and the work to be done. The entire Caliber Collision Team were polite, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful in answering my questions and our communication was flawless both in person, over the phone as well as via text messages from Austin on a daily basis.Also, I would like to express my deepest heartfelt and sincere appreciation for the kindness I was shown by the Office Mangers Sisley and especially Pablo for their amazing financial guidance and assistance in my paying the deductible for the perfect repairs on my Kia EV6. I am forever thankful and grateful to encounter all of your staff I did get to meet. As for the repairs on the vehicle, WOW, beautiful! Truly didn't look as if it was ever damaged! Very impressed with everyone i encountered from the moment I brought the car in.Greeted by Sandra who was friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and prepared to get started immediately to assess my vehicle. Austin, the Service Adviser was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel genuinely confident and comfortable the repairs were going to be done to their highest standards of repairing the vehicle correctly. I must include Sisley and Pablo who graciously advised and assisted me with their professionalism and expertise with my financial questions and concerns. Worked with me to work everything out in the same day.Truly treated me with great compassion, respect and understanding.
