Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision was very good. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, professional, and communicated well throughout the repair process. My car was ready within a week, and the coordination of the rental car was quick and seamless. The one frustrating issue was that as soon as I got the car home, I noticed the back hatch was sticking and rubbing when I opened it. I had to bring the car back the next morning, which was disappointing after already waiting for the repair to be completed. Thankfully, a technician was there early and was able to make the necessary adjustment then

Amir was great! He kept me informed daily of the progress on my repairs. And when I picked up my car, he explained all that was done on my car. I was told it would take 6-7 days and my car was ready for pick up on the seventh day. And washed!!!!
