My experience, due to an accident, with Caliber was completely wonderful. Easy to schedule an appointment the day after my insurance gave me choices. When I got there, help came to me within two minutes. The efficiency of the process and competence of my repair manager was outstanding. After being told an estimate of time would take a couple of days, I got a message it would be finished within a week. I got another message letting me know the completion date was still the target. Then, on the day, got another message it would be ready for pick up that afternoon. I got a call later with the specific time, but I could not get there and asked if pick up could happen the next morning. They said of course and let me know the insurance company would allow for the rental drop off the next day. Pick up morning took about three minutes from arrival to driving home!!!! The whole experience was spectacular and the end result was beautiful!!!! So happy about the entire journey...too bad I needed an accident to experience it! :)
