I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. From the beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I especially want to recognize Vince, who helped me throughout the process. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure I understood what was happening with my car. He answered all of my questions and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier. My car was repaired beautifully, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Well a big yes and and big no and this is why I took my brand new EBike to pick up my car because it can fold in half but I did a test drive and I locked it up on the stationary side of the main opening and by the time I got back to my bike it was gone with my lock on the ground and when I asked about cameras they say they didn't have any
