My whole experience with Caliber Collision was excellent. I was kept up to date with the status of the repair, from parts ordered through the on time return of my car. Everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The frosting on the cake was having my beautifully repaired car delivered to me by Alex, from the Oxnard location, to my home and my rental returned for me. Every part of the entire process to get my truck repaired was easy and seamless, from the initial visit to look at the damage, the scheduling for repairs, communication and pictures with my insurance company, and the frequent communication as to the status of the repair and when the work was done.
