You guys did a great job on the fixing part but to me, the small details matter. For example, u guys had this vehicle over a month and didn’t even have the decency to give it a wash, second, there’s a piece of plastic in the back seat that I don’t know where that’s goes and third I am missing the front rubber mat on this vehicle . So yea I am not too happy with this overall experience. I hope u guys keep this in mind for next time.

I tried to email my concern but the email I have in my contacts does not work anymore. I just wanted to make sure I had this is writing and I saw you were busy with another customer and I had to get going home. When I walked out with the gentleman to check out the repair to the bumper I noticed a part sticking out on the passenger side rear bumper.. The repair was done to the middle part of the back bumper. He stated he thought it looked weird and then he said he had walked over to the new cars and noticed they were all like that. I said um no that’s not right. I took my hand and was able to push it back into place. He stated oh! He also said if I had any issues with it I could bring it back. I don’t know if he was hoping I didn’t notice or wouldn’t say anything about the bumper being off? Anyhow, again I just wanted this in writing if there’s any issues with the repair. You can double check my story with the older gentleman that helped me. Thanks Eloise Silva
