I was expecting to get my car last Wednesday, but apparently it wasn't ready. After speaking to the gentleman he said that they were going to calibrate it on Thursday and he would call me when it was finished. He didn't call and I was unaware that they would be closed on Friday for the holiday. So I didn't get my car back until Monday. My car looks beautiful, but I was without a vehicle for several days and that was not acceptable.

Just being brutally honest I don’t have much good to say, my car was returned clean and all but there’s still an issue with that grinding sound and the communication and inconvenience regarding my car being pushed back and back was not cool.

No communication pretty much at all. That’s inexcusable but I’m fine with normal things that just back stuff up, that’s fine, just let the customer know. I also got my car back finally and there’s a really loud grinding sound coming from the passenger side tire. Hopefully I can get that resolved through this the shop and then I’d be more like a 6-7 in satisfaction. I’m typically not very critical or hard on any companies I work with, but in particular this was rough. Hoping to get the grinding issue resolved. I’ve heard good things about caliber so I’m sure this was just a headache of a car to work on and the person in charge of contacting me was new to caliber so he’s just got some things to learn regarding customer service. Thanks for the hard work though, everything besides the grinding noise was good.
