You had the vehicle for nearly 9 weeks and when I came to pick it up today, a simple trim piece was still not ordered and received on time, the tire sensor was not reprogrammed, there is a still noise on the impacted rear wheel, and the passenger side door window does not work. From the very beginning, I indicated this was little room for error because I would be traveling nearly 6 hours to pick it up. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. .

Based on our experience with this facility, I would not recommend this shop to friends of family and we do have both in the Peoria area even though we are not from there. The Caliber location we are with now appears to be much better. I am currently considering hiring a lawyer as I have been making payments and paying insurance for a vehicle I haven't had for nearly three months. There is currently no update on when the vehicle will be ready again. This all could have been avoided had the vehicle been properly inspected and quality assurance performed before it was delivered back to me. I was recommended other Peoria facilities but Caliber was the primary one that my insurance company (American Family) guaranteed repairs.

The vehicle is now back in the shop at a Kansas City area location fixing all the remaining issues. The icing on the cake was having the roof leak immensely when it rained. Today is day 4 back in the shop with no estimated completion date. The Peoria shop did not properly fix the suspension and the Kansas City facility is still working to source the parts.

I worked with Mike on my vehicle and he was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything they did and did a very thorough walk through with me when I came to pick my vehicle up. Not to mention it looked absolutely beautiful after, flawless work! The entire staff at this location have been nothing but friendly and informative through this entire process. I was updated often and along every step of the way and my vehicle was ready early, which I feel never happens anymore. These guys are phenomenal, Mike was so kind and kept me in the loop and I never even had to ask questions because he answered everything before I had the chance to. Would not take my car anywhere else for repairs at this point. Thank you!
