Everyone was very professional. I appreciated the text updates. The receptionist / clerk was very polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable about her job. Ted Mansell was extremely forthcoming about the cost of the repairs. The final completion of the job was satisfactory.

My vehicle was heavily damaged in an accident and Caliber Collision repaired it to appear to its previous state. They did an excellent job in bodywork and paint job as well as working with numerous vendors to properly repair my vehicle. They worked with me and my insurance company to help make my hardship lessened. They provided great communication skills by keeping me updated on the car’s repairs and estimated finished date. Caliber Collision staff was both friendly and professional by providing frequent updates on my vehicle and responsive to my concerns and questions.Caliber Collision provided high quality care in repair of my “almost” new car with many complicated sensors and safety features. I am pleased with the results and service and would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I am so pleased with the quality of Caliber’s work. More-so surprised to have my vehicle back expertly restored sooner than expected and washed and vacuumed inside and out. Never have I had my car returned in so much better condition. Their professional care from drop off, interim communications to return is so far above anything I have ever experienced. Caliber Collision didn’t just repair my truck, they restored it as good as new. They even vacuumed the interior eliminating hard to remove dog hairs. I have never had better service from any provider. Their motto should be “Service beyond Expectations.”

Caliber did an amazing job with my repair. The kept me informed throughout the whole process with regular updates on the progress. They also full washed and cleaned the whole exterior and interior of the unit and was like I was getting a new car back. Top notch work and customer service, highly recommend.
