Overall service by the individuals was great. The text estimate that showed 9/18 when it was done by 8/29 was bad. I don’t mind being conservative, but hard to take a place seriously when they are that conservative.

Unfortunately, I’m not 100% satisfied with my experience. When I initially went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed during the inspection that the paint job was not done properly. There were dirt nibs left in the paint, which required me to leave my vehicle there for almost another week so the entire door could be repainted. While the issue was eventually corrected, the overall process took much longer than expected and was frustrating, especially since I had to make two separate trips to the shop for the same repair. Unfortunately, after finally picking up my vehicle and getting home, I also noticed a scratch on my front bumper that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off. At that point, I was very disappointed with the everything. Overall, this was just not the greatest experience, and I expected a smoother and more professional repair process.

I was satisfied with the customer service I received from Nicole. She was friendly, communicative, and did a good job keeping me informed throughout the process. When I brought concerns to her attention, she did her best to address them and make the situation better. My concerns were more with the quality of the work performed on my vehicle rather than the customer service I received from her. Overall, I appreciated Nicole’s efforts and communication despite the issues I experienced with the repair.

The repairs on the car were completed ahead of schedule, and for a lower cost than I was expecting. The c leanup on the car was so good that if you didn't know where the damage was , you would never be able to figure it out.
