Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and about what would have to be done at the time the estimate was done. My vehicle was repaired quickly and he kept me informed through the process to completion. Everyone was so nice and helpful at Caliber Collision. Gilbert made sure to keep me updated and the insurance company as well. They even cleaned my car for me and offered me and my husband water bottles

Everyone was friendly at caliber Collision center and very helpful especially Gilbert he made sure to keep me updated on my vehicle repairs and answered any questions I had. He got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner I sent my car in a little dirty but when I got it back it was super clean. I'm thankful he took time to clean it for me and offered me and my husband cold bottled water before we left

Gilbert was absolutely amazing. He kept me apprised every step of the way. I really appreciated that. When I couldn't find someone to take me to get my vehicle, Gilbert brought my vehicle to me. Debbie ordered the part and called the day it came in to schedule the repair. She met me on the scheduled day and my car was repaired in one day. A great surprise was when picking up my car it had been detailed and looked great. I appreciate the great service.
