It took over 2 months to fix my suv. There was zero communication on y'all's part to notify us about things. I had to call and call and call to find things out. Every time I did speak with someone. They were supposed to call me with information and never did. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received.

After noticing a noise following the repair, I brought it back in, and they were quick to inspect it and address my concerns. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and they made the whole experience much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
