I have tried to be a patient customer thru this way too long ordeal, but today just about pushed me over my limit. The vehicle repair so far I think is fine, but once again this has to be the worst wash job ever. Which I find sad. And then not once was I told Mike would be out there to talk to me, but twice. Never saw him nor Brandie who I was originally dealing with and I guess she got too embarrassed to tell me another time that the vehicle was not done and she turned me over to Mike. The last person I talked to today told me when I asked to see one of them that they were busy. I see. Guess that is their ‘service after the sale’ attitude. I even had to start calling them to see if the vehicle was ready toward the end. Guess they didn’t want to tell me once again it wasn’t ready. I know times are different right now and good employees are hard to find, but I feel like management should have been a little more apologetic and available to me when I came to finally pick up my car. 4 times i was told it would be ready and wasn’t. Hope y’all get the kinks in this company worked out. Soon.
