The work done on my truck looks to be high-quality work, and they got it done faster than they estimated, which I really appreciated. I typically don’t write reviews, but this shop went above and beyond in their attention to detail. Up against the headliner in my truck, there’s the plastic console thing that houses the dome lights and the sunglasses holder that flips down. Every Spring, the screws that hold that up, loosen up and fall out and so it kind of flops a little bit and the screws rattle around. I find it annoying and I fix it every Spring, but for some reason I still have not used Loctite to take care of it. This Spring was no different. It had gotten loose and I hadn’t yet gotten around to fixing it. I had taken my truck to Caliber Collision in Post Falls to repair body damage on the front left of my vehicle and that was the extent of the work. But when I got my truck back, I noticed that the console up against the headliner was tightened up and the screws were not rattling around in there. So it seems to me that the shop had noticed that the thing was loose and they fixed it. That was not part of the work order, but someone was paying attention to the details and went above and beyond. To me that’s impressive and commendable. Thank you Caliber Collision for leaving things better than you found them.
