From the estimate to drop off, the coordination with insurance was swift and thorough. The continual updates on progress was so impressive with personal communication via phone messages that I could respond to. The meticulous job that was done on my car repair made it look brand new. The efficiency of all departments working together made for a most excellent experience. Plus the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. Then when I came to pick up my car, it was clean and detailed inside and out—didn’t expect that! All in all, it was the best customer service experience and I couldn’t give a higher recommendation! Thank you Caliber Collision for your A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. I hope I don’t need to have another repair but if I do, I will definitely come back. And I will gladly refer you to others.

Mike and his crew from Caliber Collision in Post Falls are amazing! Unfortunately this is the second time I have had to have repairs in my 2017 Subaru Outback and again they did a fantastic job! Mike keeps me informed throughout the process so I know exactly what is going on with my car… The first time I took my car to Caliber, I had gotten estimates and even through Caliber was higher, Mike explained that Subaru’s need to be recalibrated every time they are in any kind of collision, which of course, the other shop never mentioned or included in their estimate. This last time I didn’t even get estimates, I just took my car directly to Mike at Caliber Collision! Again a wonderful job and experience when your life gets turned upside down! Ps First collision was caused by my car sliding on ice, my fault. This last time was a hit and run while car was parked…. Person left with no note or nothing! So infuriating!🤬
