The Inverness location was fantastic, and I would give them a 10. However, my car was sent to Prattville. I had to call for updates, I was told my car would be ready a week before it was. I was very disappointed. I choose Caliber because I had such a positive experience in Charlotte and I feel I would have had the same experience in Inverness/Meadowbrook. Prattville had my car for a week with no communication, when I called, I was told they just got the “order” to start working on it. It would have been nice to know this!
