Was lied to that my moms SUV was at another shop getting a alignment but the SUV was on the side of the building they told me 3 different days that the suv was going to be ready they lied it was 2 weeks after I had to step in for my mom and call and go up there after going up there we got the car back the next day when it comes to business and being professional communication is always key

Parts took 2 months to get, I get that there is no control over parts. But, when I was told that all the parts had arrived and dropped my truck off, it took nearly 3 months to order even more parts. Then once I complete date was given to me for the 4th time, fender flares had to be ordered. This was my first time ever using an insurance claim to make repairs to a vehicle and it was not the best experience.
