Is best body shop experience I ever had. Nikki at front desk very professional/helpful. Josh..expert evaluation of damages. Justin over saw all aspects of repair. Andrew expert body and paint work. My car looked like new when I picked it up. It had been washed and detailed on the outside with the tires dressed. What really blew? My mind is when I opened the front door to get in. And the interior was completely detailed and the seats were revitalized.. My car really did look like it was brand new. I really appreciate the people at caliber collision!!

Work was great, I just would have liked more communication. I was told I would get an estimate several times and never received it. Even after I picked my truck up I was promised by the manager but still no estimate.

Could’ve gotten a little more work if they had done what they told me and given me an estimate on my tail gate. To this day I still have not received an estimate even after the manager told me he would send me one right over.

WOW.. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. Car looks great. Everyone I met from receptionist to shop crew were old school professionals. Got the feeling they were truly glad to be of service. Hope I don't need their services soon, but it's good to know where I'll take my vehicle.

The customer service there was awesome. The service was great, the work was very good quality and done very quickly, I dropped the truck off on a Tuesday and picked it up Friday afternoon. The girl at the front(I did not pay attention to her name when she introduced herself, that’s my bad) took care of me as soon as I walked in and explained how the process was going to work. Excellent customer service. Josh took great care of me, kept me up to date on the process as it was being worked on. He even called me on his personal time heading into work one day to let me know how it was going. Communication and customer service are key in the business world and he checked both boxes 10 times over. This review might seem over the top but they really were that good to me. Now a days you only hear the negatives, it’s nice to get a compliment every now and then. I really hope they see this review and get a pat on the back. Thanks for taking care of us.
