The initial quote was higher than need be - they recommended a new trailer hitch and there was nothing wrong with mine. My truck was scheduled to be brought in and the it sat for a week. The final work was excellent though and Ben was great to work with as always.

Dan and Bob were so wonderful taking care of my vehicle, it looks visibly brand new. Dan was wonderful keeping me updated twice a week and let me know if there were any delays because of parts or other situations. Car was washed, cleaned out, and lightly detailed as well. Wonderful team!

I did have a question about price they paid for “ recycled” headlight . Paperwork says almost $500 . Is that for labor and part?

Completed a great job. No complaints whatsoever. Was respectful and allowed me to see the car before making payment. Everything was transparent and clear as to what they did via text messages throughout the process, along with in person when picking up the vehicle.

The had had my wrong phone number and said they were trying to contact me since mid June. Finally reached out to them at the beginning of July and they told me this. So I made an appointment and gave them my correct phone number. Apparently, my car was ready a week before I called for an update because they were still calling my old phone number. The one that I told them was wrong and replaced with the new one.
