The new manager Bobby was amazing from the moment I called to voice out my concerns and frustrations about my situation with a swap exchange with another enterprise! To the moment when I had to return my vehicle! He was extremely accommodating and super prompt when there was contact needed!

Car came back with new damage. We had work done there before and we were so pleased so why wouldn’t I go back. That was my mistake, what I had done was very small repairs but now have another damaged spot on the car. They must have new workers not the ones from 2 years ago.

A five and hopefully they’ll get a better quality than I did. It’s kind of like open a new restaurant and the food is great and the more Customer you get they lack in the food is not as good anymore people get comfortable and don’t treat everybody the same.

As far as the work that was done, I was not satisfied the second time my vehicle was serviced. The first time I brought my vehicle in, you guys did a great job and I had no problems at all. However, during the second visit, I was unhappy with both the communication and the quality of the work. Communication was inconsistent and not accurate, and at one point I was even hung up on when I asked to speak with the person handling my vehicle. After that, I received a text message that made absolutely no sense. When I arrived, it also seemed like no one was on the same page regarding my car. In addition, the paint work near the driver-side lower high beam area looks poorly done. The paint appears to have dried while running, and the flaw is about the size of a quarter and a half. The repair looked rushed, and it did not reflect the level of care I experienced during my first visit. I believe work should be done as if the vehicle were their own, with attention and pride. I would like to have this area fixed, but I am unsure of the process. This is currently my only vehicle for work, so I would also need a rental while the repairs are being completed. Please let me know how we can move forward to get this resolved. If necessary, I will come in person to discuss it further. Other than this recent experience, my first visit was excellent, which is why this second experience was disappointing. I’m not sure if the same person worked on my vehicle this time or not, but the quality was noticeably different.
