This is my second time using Caliber for damage to my vehicles. My experience on both occasions was excellent! I was given a full explanation of the work that was needed. I was given updates during the process and the date that the work would be completed. I am happy to say on both occasions my car was ready 1 week earlier then expected!! All the personal I dealt with were pleasant and helpful! I was also able to pick up my rental car at the Caliber location as well which was both convenient and time saving! I would recommend the Caliber Collision located on Route 61N. In Reading, Pa. to anyone who needs repair work done!!

I tell everyone about my experience at this location! Being in an accident is traumatic enough . Having the repair go so smoothly was very important to me. Kudos to the management and staff they were great! If only all businesses operated like this one!

Each time I spoke to someone regarding my vehicle they were professional and kind. I had to return to get something I had left in my car so I gave them a call. I was told no problem to come anytime. When I arrived what I needed was waiting at the desk. They seem to go above and beyond at this location!

Jess was fantastic! She kept me informed on the progress every step of the way. The vehicle was finished 1 week ahead of schedule and looks absolutely fantastic! Great communication and work! I couldn't suggest any improvement.

First time I went for my estimate, the estimator was not there. Somebody else did the estimate. I got a call a few days later that they couldn't do the estimate because they didn't take the right pictures, and I had to come back a second time. Then it took another week to get the estimate.
