Work was done well, however they lacked communication about my car. I don’t hear from them about how long it would take or receive status updates regularly and when I did call in to ask, I was told someone would get back to me and all I received was a text message basically saying things were moving along. I received a text stating it would be ready for pick up the 16th, didn’t hear anything so I called around noon and was told it would be ready the 17th. No one called me to ask if I had any other concerns prior to the start of work, nor did anyone call me after to tell me what all was done

First of all, the speed with which they got my car in for repair was incredible. They had me in the day afyer I called, which is unheard of in the bodyshop world. The service and update information throughout the repair process was the best I've ever received at any bodyshop. Each employee I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite a setback with my bumper cover being on back order, the Caliber team worked extra hard to get my car done ahead of schedule because they knew I needed the car for my daughter to drive to prom. I am so impressed with my first Caliber Collision experience that I will be recommending you to every single person I know. Thank you for creating such a simple and pleasant autobody process.

Everyone was very courteous & helpful. I was alittle late picking up because I didn’t realize you closed at 5 & & the gentleman I spoke to even stayed till I got there & helped me move a heavy bag of potting soil over into my car.. Sorry I didn’t get his name. Thank you for a great job & washing & cleaning my crummy car ! 🙏

Had a great experience with Caliber Collision and the repairs to my car. After picking up my car, I noticed a small issue with the driver door handle, but they took me right back in and fixed it quickly with no hassle. The team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Really appreciate their customer service. Highly recommend!
