The office staff are great. 100% satisfied with them. The actual repairs appear solid. However the paint repair on the rear bumper is subpar, especially for the repair cost. There are multiple taping errors where the white paint bled over the lower black bumper piece. Amateur prep job, hate to say it but Maaco does better prep work. Still better than a dented damaged car but would not recommend this shop for any paint work to anybody. Bleed through is probably the most preventable human error in a paint job so this shows the below average skill of whoever did this part of the repair.

Paint job on bumper is shoddy. Overspray and bleed from a poor tape job. The office staff are 100% great so it's not on them. But would expect a whole lot better paint job considering what they billed Allstate. Would give a 2-3 star google review on the repair.

All seems to be good. Missing a TRD decal on one side of truck bed. Will contact you about this to get it installed. Jessica and Matt were excellent to deal with.
