First, and foremost the staff at Caliber Collision Reading were wonderful. Robert Anderson was the estimator, and he was amazing to work with. He went over all the repairs that were going to happen to my car. Walked through the vehicle with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs that were done. The professionalism of all of the staff, front the employees at the front desk to the employees in the body shop was second to none. The repairs that were done to my car were so good you would have no idea it was in an accident. Can’t thank Caliber Collision Reading staff enough!!!!

I called several times asking for An accessory. My side view mirror to give me a cost for the part. I was told that the Rob was going to call me. Then I called back and there was a note put on the file to let me know what the cost was going to be. The I called again and told them what ever the cost was going to be I would pay the difference for it. I just wanted it done by the end of the repair of my car. It was not done and i got excuses of why it was not repaired. I was very disappointed that I now have to come back and get it done.

This is my first experience with Caliber... but it was a tremendous experience AND end product. Everyone I dealt with was very interested in assuring an excellent customer experience... and it was... from the appointment to the finished product... which looked great.
