My daughter handled the initial contact. Courteous service was experienced in general. It was very convenient to have a rental car ready for her when she dropped off the car for repairs. However, we waited several weeks for the repair appointment. The car was drivable but the edge of the bumper had pulled away in the accident leaving a pointed piece of fiberglass sticking out several inches. Anyone or anything could have gotten caught on this damaged section of bumper. My daughter attempted to use duct tape to no avail. Had we spoken up about this concern, perhaps Caliber could have assisted us. We did not think to bring it to their attention. Perhaps they could have cut off the sharp section of bumper until a new bumper could be ordered and installed. Otherwise our experience at Caliber was very good. The texts informing me of the progress of the repairs, answering the phone when I called, the coffee and snacks offered in the office—- much appreciated. And my daughter simply dropped off the rental and drove off with the repaired vehicle. My debit card was accepted as payment.
