The repairs were great but the truck was very dirty and had foot prints all over the floor inside after I just detailed it a few days before I dropped it off. I think for the cost of the repairs the least that can be done is clean vehicle in return I apologize for this comment but the last time I had a vehicle repaired with Caliber it was dirty as well

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism the management and all staff whom my wife and I had contact with at Caliber Collision. Their helpfulness in ALL aspects of the experience were especially appreciated. The daily communication via text messages as to the progress of the repair process was in itself notable. Most importantly was the quality of the work performed. We thank all involved in making our car look like new again.
