Went to Caliber Collision due to getting hit in a parking lot and the individual causing some damage to our rear fender, tire, rim and tire well. My appointment was within a week and first thing in the morning our Rep was Dirk, who was very friendly, outstanding and professional. We received a call that afternoon telling us our car was done it looks amazing! Great job by Dirk and the techs! Highly recommend this Collision Center and the employees. If we have to get any other work we will be going to them

Thank you for everything! They made my car look like new. Even when the backup camera wasn’t working when I returned home, they had me bring it back to take a look. They treated me with kindness and respect the entire time, even after the backup camera started working when they went to look at it.
